GENERAL

- These terms and conditions can be updated at any moment, make sure to read them before placing your order.-The commissions will be done orderly by time of request and payment.- I reserve the right to reject your order if it does not fulfill my terms and conditions, or for personal reasons.- I will start to work on your order ONLY after the payment has been made.- You can communicate with me through e-mail or direct message on Twitter.- Please make sure to give me a nickname which i can use to identify and add you to my waiting list

TERMS OF SERVICE

- The standard size of the file will be A4 300dpi, printable resolution.- The delivery times can vary depending on the request and the amount of workload I might have at that moment.- Mistakes made by me will be corrected with no charge.- If, further in the process, you want to add something that was not stipulated in the initial order, e. g.: additional figures, accessories, sets of clothing, backgrounds, etc., you will be charged an extra fee. In case of refusal to pay, those changes will NOT be made to the order.- In order to know the progress of your request, you can look through my waiting list.

WORK PROCESS

- Sketch: Once the order is taken, I will send the correspondent sketches to the customer.- Sketch reviewing: The customer will review the sketches and will ask for the appropriate corrections.- Line Art: From then on, advances of the work will be shown only if requested by the customer.- Full color: In this stage I apply colour, shades and lights to the illustration.- Once the illustration is finished, the customer can only request two minor corrections, for instance: color of an object and small details.- The customer can NOT ask for major corrections such as: change of pose, change of clothes, change of hair, or anything that implies to draw something again.- The end result will be sent as several PNG images with transparent background and simple colours (in case of not paying for a background).

Please try to request all the corrections on the sketch stage.

PAYMENT METHOD

- Only Paypal or Ko-fi- The payment must be made before starting to work in the order. If Paypal withholds the payment, the order will not be started until the money is released.- You can pay the total amount at first or half and half. In case you want to do half at the beginning and half at the end, all the advances that you receive will have a watermark and the final illustration will not be sent until the last payment has been made.- Backgrounds are not included in the prices of the portfolio since their prices depend on their complexity.

TERMS OF USE

- Copyrights of the product are still mine, meaning that you can not deny my authorship. You are paying me to create an image, not to give up my copyrights.- All the commissions of the portfolio have personal use prices, in case of commercial use contact me first, since the prices change.- The work will not be resold by me by no means.- The work should not be resold by you by no means.- I can use the product of your order as part of my portfolio or upload it to my social media by mutual agreement.- In case of using the work in your social media or web site you must give me credits.

REFUNDS

- A full refund will only be given if the work has not been initiated.
